Return Policy (Custom Parts)

All sales of custom-made, special-order, or personalized parts are final. Due to the custom nature of these items (made to customer specifications), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and/or production has started.

Non-Custom / Stock Items: If an item is not custom-made, it may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in original condition, and returned with the receipt/proof of purchase and original packaging.

Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. If approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit (where applicable).

Refund Processing: Approved refunds (for eligible non-custom items only) are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.
